Visit from Eaton

Mr. Yadav, President and Chief Operating Officer of Industrial Sector at Eaton Corporation, and his party visited our company in the afternoon of March, 8th. Mr. Yan Jianbo, Group Chairman and Party Secretary of our company met the guests at the South Plant, and accompanied them in visiting the Auto Drive Engineering Institute, 3,3000 Plant and the joint venture of Fast and Eaton. Mr. Howard Liu, president of Eaton company for Asia Pacific, and Mr. Wang Shunli, vice president of our company accompanied them.

In the meeting, President Mr. Yan highly praised the friendship and cooperation between the two companies over the years, thanked Eaton for the long-term belief in and support of Fast, and introduced Chinese investment environment, industry development trend, and production, operation and strategic planning of our enterprise. He stressed that, as the auto transmission system provider and comprehensive solutions provider well-known as home and abroad, Fast had always focused on independent innovation and technical research and development, and successively launched a series of products of independent intellectual property rights, like AMT, hydraulic retarders, S series transmissions, and bus transmissions, etc, which lead the industry future development and are greatly welcomed by the market and the users. On the basis of over 70 percent domestic market share and over 7 million market holdings of Fast’s HD transmissions, the production and sales volume of the joint venture between Fast and Eaton increases fast and steadily in 2018. Guided by “5221” strategy, Fast is determined to be professional and strong in the auto transmission field, strengthen resource integration and international cooperation, and continue to promote management level and manufacturing strength to provide our global strategic partners with strong support with our good quality products and lead-edge technologies.

Mr. Yadav highly praised our business performance and strategic vision, and hoped that the two parties can further strengthen communications and cooperation to achieve win-win development.
