On June 29, the 1,000th unit of Fast Group’s high-end intelligent agricultural machinery transmission product rolled off the assembly line at Fast Intelligent Brake Company. Ma Xuyao, Party Secretary and Chairman of Fast Group, attended the ceremony and jointly unveiled the FSN2HD30 hybrid ECVT transaxle assembly with Kang Ning, a model worker representative. Kou Zhida, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Fast Group, delivered a speech. Zhao Zhiqiang, Deputy General Manager, presided over the ceremony, and Zhang Haitao, another Deputy General Manager, was present.

    The newly unveiled FSN2HD30 hybrid ECVT transaxle assembly is China’s first and the industry’s pioneering high-end hybrid electric drive product for agricultural machinery independently developed by Fast. Adopting a technical route integrating dual motors, planetary gear power split modules and range shift gearboxes in series, it deeply integrates cutting-edge transmission technologies and leading intelligent control technologies. Equipped with multiple functions including continuously variable transmission, power shift and energy recovery, as well as load adaptive capacity, the product can automatically adjust torque output according to soil specific resistance and slope gradients. Operators do not need frequent gear shifts, enabling smooth operations on sloped land. It boasts prominent strengths including high technological content, superior quality and performance, low operating energy consumption, strong market competitiveness and broad development prospects.

    Market verification shows that agricultural machinery equipped with this product series can cover 40 mu of land per hour with a comprehensive fuel saving rate of 25%, reaching a maximum of 37% under ideal working conditions. Its overall performance is on par with world-class international counterparts.

    At the roll-off ceremony, Fast showcased four series of cutting-edge intelligent agricultural machinery transmission products representing the industry’s advanced standards, namely ECVT, HMCVT, power shift and power reverse products. These products have filled the domestic technological gap in high-performance core transmission     components for agricultural machinery, and carry profound and far-reaching significance for accelerating the high-end, intelligent and green transformation of China’s agricultural machinery equipment sector.

    The successful roll-off of the 1,000th high-end intelligent agricultural machinery transmission product marks the full completion and commissioning of Fast’s new industrialization project for high-end intelligent agricultural machinery transmission systems. It lays a solid foundation for the enterprise to deepen its layout in the high-end agricultural machinery track, expand the agricultural machinery transmission market and build a benchmark for domestic core agricultural machinery components.

    With a total investment of 550 million yuan, the project covers an area of 100 mu with a plant area of 33,000 square meters. It has formed a comprehensive annual production capacity of 2,000 sets of high-end intelligent agricultural machinery transmission products, 7,000 electric drive axles, 100,000 new energy spare parts and 300,000 retarder gear shafts, bringing an additional annual output value of 800 million yuan. The project has become a new growth engine for the enterprise's accelerated strategic transformation.

    During the event, Kou Zhida and other corporate leaders and representatives gave interviews to journalists covering topics including R&D of high-end agricultural machinery transmission technologies, industrialized launch of new products and coordinated development of industrial chains. Zhao Zhiqiang and Zhang Haitao attended the unveiling ceremony of the Intelligent Agricultural Machinery Transmission Research Institute.
